A postdoctoral position in computational biology in ilyin lab at Boston College is available _immediately_
to do high-throughput structural proteomics studies, functional annotations,
protein-portein interaction networks, and related topics.

The applicant should have Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Structural Biology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines. Research experience in computational biology
and strong computer programming skills in one or more languages: MySQL, Perl, Java, C/C++ are required.
The applicant have to have strong background and experience in large-scale data analysis, storage, querying the bioinformatics DBs.
Knowledge of molecular biology, structural biology, refinement methods in crystallography, background in math/physics is a plus.
